Cancers Answer A3717
It is hard to diagnose a lump in the mouth without visually seeing and inspecting such a “lump inside the mouth”. The growing lump could be a case of localized pus collection (abscess) in the oral mucosa. You can consult a dentist about this condition for a more precise diagnosis.
