Many sexually transmitted diseases (STD), including HIV/AIDS, can be transmitted by oral sex. Pre-cum is secreted by the urethral glands and like the sperm can also contain infective agents (including HIV). Gonorrhoea, HSV (herpes) and HPV (warts) can be transmitted by oral sex. HIV can be also transmitted but only if you have some cuts or erosions in the moth. HIV needs direct contact with your blood through those defects on the oral mucosa.
You can perform HIV-test now and another one after 3 months.

Pre-ejaculatory fluid, like sperm, can also contain infective agents (inlcuding HIV, Gonorrhea, herpes, and warts) and all of these can be transmitted through oral sex. HIV, however, can only be transmitted through direct contact with blood or if you had any open sores in your mouth at the time. You can have an HIV test now, and another one after 3 months.
