I think it might be risky behavior. However I don't know for certain. It would seem that it would be degraded a lot though. From penis to mouth to another mouth and then spit into a vagina? I would think the motility would be greatly decreased and that the poor little sperm would be very confused about the direction to go.

You can always take the safe route and have him swallow and rinse out his mouth? It's not really worth an unwanted pregnancy, now is it?
