I have had this headache pretty much daily since the end/fall of 2007.
Im a 24 year old male.

At first this was for the most part seemed like an average headache, until I started to get it day in and day out, rather then every few, always started on the right side of my head, and at times I get a drilling/burning,stabbing pain in behind my right eye (lasts for a split second and then is gone, totally random, might have 4 in a day, or only one in a week)

Pressure behind my right eye, and in general right side of my head. While this is distracting the pressure by itself at first does not cause pain (as in the day time but is present if I lean forward etc) But during mornings, and late at night I have horrid headaches, bad enough to wake me from sleep.

Also if I lean or bend forward while looking down, the pressure builds up.
If I sneeze, it's like Im kicked in the back of the skull, sending a spike of pain from the back to the front of my head on the right side. Coughing like wise does something similar, as does cough... bowl movements.

and thats about all I can think of for the moment.

Oh I have a ringing in my right ear as well, but I have had that since 2006, and I believe I got it from the factory I was working in at the time (quite loud)

Sickness? no, but I have woken from it feeling nauesa. No vision changes.
Im more fatguied perhaps, hard to tell I sleep pretty much the same number of hours I always have.

Ive since gone to my family doctor since I posted this, he's not sure what to make of it and had me go to an eye doctor to check my eyes (which are healthy) after that he's having me go in for a CT scan of my head at the end of march/start of april.

Past week they have changed, I don't get the pressure from leaning forward as much any more, but still do odd days (at night), they are moving more back and to the right of my head. like a dull ache when I do have them, but it only lasts for a short while then dulls, then comes back off and on through out the night.

Nope, no drowsiness.

Coughing sneezing etc does make it worse, I posted that in the first post Wink

They can be bad early in the morning (4 am or so) but once im up it gets better, then when it starts to get late again (7-9pm) they start to get bad again.

I am in the same boat!
Hello, I was just googling my symptoms, and yours are pretty close to mine, I have this extreme pressure on the right side of my head and behind my right eye, feels like something is in my brain pushing against my skull! in the morning I get these horrible headaches, then they dim down for the rest of the day and at about 9 shoot back up again! BUT I am also loosing speech, I can't think of simple words now when I am talking, constantly forgetting just stupid simple words! my husband and mother said stress can do that to you....and I have just recently had a spell of loosing bladder control... quiet unexpectedly.... I am also exhausted, but am not sure if that is my 7mth old and 3 yrs old doing that to me, also I am super easily aggitated now!... rushing to family doc. tomorrow.....have you heard anything new yet???? write me and let me know.

Headaches
I've had these same symptoms since the first of 2011. I've seen a Neurologist and ENT. I'm on antibiotics and topomax and nothing is working. Mine is on the left side of my head, pressure behind my left eye, dull, pulsating headache all the time radiating from my temple all the way to the top of my head in the middle left. When I lean over, cough, sneeze, laugh, or lay flat the pain is very sharp and excruciating. Every once in a while I have blurred vision that lasts only a few seconds and my Neurologist has sent me to an Opthalmologist that can't see anything either. I just wish one of these Drs. would figure this out!! I've had a CT scan and do have some blockage of my sinus but not where I have this pain. I'm glad I'm not alone and not a hypochondriac!

Similar Symptoms
Well, I'm yet another person with the same or similar symptoms. Mine started as pressure on my left temple, like the artery there was under pressure. It would get worse when bending down and coming up quickly. After a few days of this, I started getting a headache behind the left eye. It's now been 3 weeks of this, and the headache moves around: sometimes it's just behind the left eye, sometimes it's both there and in the middle of the head, and today it's even behind my right eye. The level of intensity of the headahe totally changes: sometimes it's very low-level and I can mostly ignore it, but other times it's so severe that I can't do anything else. In addition, I have been getting nausea, sometimes so severe that allII can do is lay down to avoid puking. And the pressure on my left temple is always there, regardless of where the headache is. I also had a dizzy spell for a few seconds the other day, and sometimes feel weak and almost feverish. I have never had a migraine in my life (though I have always gotten regular headaches), an have never had anything like this. I'm a 37 year old male.

It's frustrating that so many people have similar symptoms and post here, but there is no follow-up! What happened to all you who posted several years ago? Please follow-up so we can all learn.

Iv got the same pains behind my eyes, feels like pressure. ct scan on sinisus was clear was told i had an allergy. Tried changing my diet, nasal sprays, pollen filter in car, antibiotics and bought a humidifier for bedroom because my nose feels dry. Mouth also feels dry and im tired all the time but i think thats just because of th pressure behind my eyes. Pains not as bad last 2 weeks, still seen my gp yesterday-he put me on another spray,an antihistamine for 2 weeks and steroid tabs for 1 week for inflamation. Also getting bloods done next week but not expecting anything to come out of that. Had them checked 2 yrs ago coz was feeling tired but had no pains in my head. Anybody find a cure for this illness?? Im 5 months in suffering
