hello guys,

I got sick of researching online and seeing the same 2 articles retyped over and over again so I thought i would come here. Same boat as you guys. Dealt with it all my life. I am 22 now. For me it is weird, there have been a few girls that I did not have a problem with. Or sometimes, with my last girlfriend I could just keep going. I could never figure out why. From my experiance however, I have noticed a hump. If i can make it a certain amount of time inside, I can last pretty much as long as I want. But most of the time I am very quick. i was planning on hooking up with a new girl last night and came after 10 seconds of head. quite embarrasing. I wanted to know if anyone on this forum has tried bio feedback using an anal plug to better control the pc muscles. I believe that trying to do the kegel exercises in high school made my problem worse. I have read stuff about using an anal plug to be more aware of these muscles an learn how to control them just like a girl needs to learn to relax them to have anal sex. I realize this sounds very unappealing to you. IT does to me to. I am however about ready to try just about anything at this point. I am starting an ssri currently. we will see how that goes. I just hate having to do all this prep work and make sex seem like a science. No one wants that. so anyone try biofeedback with an anal plug an electrode monitors. I saw that mentioned on a few cure lists but could not actually find a provider. I had a brother that used biofeedback for anxiety and the ideas are sound. It could work.
