I am a 19 year old male and for the past 6 months now I have had problems with my penis hurting after mastuerbation. I also have had this pimple like thing on the bottom of my shaft and when I popped it the first time it went away after a couple of days but every 2 months or so it just keeps coming back. When it goes down and you cant see it anymore i can still feel a very small bump on the skin and i can feel it as if it is through my skin. Also when I am going about my everday activities, my penis irritates at times. At first I thought it was because I was washing my penis in the shower and soap got into the head. this irritation started a day or two after this incidence. I was thinking that it may have been coincidence? I have not had sex yet and had oral before with a virgin but i also had rubbed up different girls before skin on skin. As if this is not enough already, at times i get this clear, sticky substance leak out randomly, i thought at first that it was precum but now im not so sure. What is going on here?
