Just wondered if anyone wanted to buddy
up- i've been doing atkins for a little
while now and it's going good :d I only
have alittle ways left to go , but it can
be boring sometimes if you dont have
anyone else doing atkins when you are, so
was curious if anyone wanted to kind of
team up- have little excercise challenges,
weigh ins etc.

I would love too! I was on atkins for
two weeks and I lost ten pounds. And I
felt great. But, I quit, like an fool.
But I really do want (and need) to go back
on it. I am going to atlantic city in
the beginning of june and I want to try to
lose twenty pounds first. I know that is
a lot of weight, but the first five to ten
pounds is all water weight anyway, so I
think I can do it.

Oh no, zilbucks is going to kick me to the
curb! I only lasted I think like seven
days, so she needs a buddy that will stick
to it!
Good luck you two. Maybe someday I will
finally get motivated enough to stick to
it! I hope so.

I've tried atkins three times. I can't
seem to be able to stay on it more than
two weeks.
Tomorrow I will start again. I say this
everyday.
Running for a half an hour every morning
helped me loose 5 kg. I noticed that if
I don't exercise nothing happens on the
scale.
I don't know how to motivate myself to
start running again.
Would anyone like to be my buddy?
