hey guys My name is Kathy
and well basically i am sick of feeling
fat all the time, so i have decided that i
want to lose about 15 pounds ( i am 135
right now)
any suggestions on what works best for
losing weight? any special dieting
anything. any help would be appreaciated

Have you ever been on any weight loss
program?
Make sure you are losing fat instead of
muscle. Most program tell you how to lose
weight --you lost muscle and you will gain
weight back as fat. So please be very
careful about the program.
I would recommend you to read the
book"Dare to lose" by Dr. Shari Lieberman.
It is very helpful to educate yourself
before you try anything. here are some
suggestions from her.
1) Detoxify--prepare you physically by
cleaning out toxic substances that have
built up over years of improper eating and
other habits
2) Low glycemic index food based eating
habit---No sugar rollercoaster
3) Take supplemens for an extra lift and
burn--to increase your metabolic rate,
suppress your appetite, reduce
carbohydrate sensitivity and improve
glucose tolerance and block absorption of
excess fat.
4) Change your body composition with
exercise--change from high fat to low fat
and low muscle to high muscle.

To lose weight, it is very simple. Itz all
about controlling your calories intake.
your body will need to burn an average
1500 Cal per day to function normally, if
you take more than 1500 Cal perday it will
store as fat. every 3500 Cal equals to
1bls of Fat. And if you take less than
1500 Cal, it will burn extra Fat that you
had stored in your body. What my friend
did, she took 2 Fat Burner Pills in the
morning, along with a Meal Replacement
Shake which has low calories but it
provides u all the nutrition that you
need. Then She has a normal balanced
lunch, and at night she took a Meal
Replacement Shakes again. She was able to
lose 15bls in the last 2 weeks. Most
people can't do that because most of the
Meal Replacement Shake taste like hell,
but hers taste really good.

There are some good weight loss
suggestions on "How to Diet" on eHow.com.
I would recommend
1) drink plenty of water to flush the fat
2) cut back on starches (carbs) and fats
(no fried or high fat foods)
3) take a good EFA (essential fatty acid
capsule) with flaxseed and fish oil
because you have to have some oil to burn
fat
4) use a body wrap to tighten your skin as
you lose.
5) use protein snacks in between
meals--many weight loss places have them
6) walk, walk, walk!!
I would lose an extra pound per week on my
program when I would just walk 3 times per
week. I lost 90 pounds this way.
