Q: Avonex Side Effects

Curious if anyone has heard of Avonex causing migraines?? I've had a lot of issues w/the side effects that Avonex can cause and migraines on top of it. My doc took me off it today saying that it could be the cause for the headaches and my thyroid issue. I've also had vertigo, fatigue and some memory/focus issues. Anyone heard of this kind of thing in regards to Avonex? Thanks!!

Avonex Side Effects

Folks, Avonex is a 'WONDER DRUG' for some, and absolute hell for others. I'm one of those 'others'. I used it for 14 months then, literally, threw it at my doctor and told him to use it and get back to ME on how he felt! You name it, I had it in the side effect department, including losing most of my hair. Yep... now there's one they don't admit to too readily, but it DOES happen and it IS from the meds.

Best of luck to those on it. Hopefully, none of you will experience my issues with it.
