Doesn't matter for me, hot or cold I always have allergies. I know how you feel I'm on 2 benadryl a day to control my poor sinuses.

i gave up on allergy meds, i was on zyrtec after joseph and then got pregnant with jordynne and stopped it, dealth with the allergies while pregnant i didnt wanna take meds i just used nasal spray. Then i went to the drs over here after she was born and the fruitcake would only give me claritin claiming it was the best and it doesnt work so ive given up and i hate the dr here and hes the one i always end up seeing because the clinic is tiny and theres only a handful of drs there.

I've been taking the benadryl for years, pregnant or not. Sometimes it doesn't work well, those days I suffer lol.
