many times the vaccines we get are not dead virus', they are still alive but weakened. this will allow your body to build up the immunity to them when fighting them off but they are so weak that there is a limited chance that they can do much damage to you. but, this also means that you can get symptoms of the virus in the vaccine, sometimes it can take days to feel the full effect.
next time, if your birth controls effectiveness can be compromised, masterbate dont take the chance because pulling out is not an effective means of preventing pregnancy.

Anti-Biotics have been known to reduce effectiveness however, it is unknown for certain to what degree and if it happens all the time.
