I am 16, and experiencing some serious pains. I just got off an antibiotic, and my mom told me that i should watch what i do because my birth control won't work, due to how strong the antibiotic is. I have had sex while taking the antibiotic, but he pulled out. Now i am feeling sick, and i have been getting worse everyday. This morning i woke up and had awful diarrea, and felt nauseaus. I'm so scared. I took on pregnancy test a couple days ago, and it was negative, but i didn't feel this bad a couple days ago. What is going on?

Then it sounds completely unrelated. You would not experience symptoms this early, nor would a pregnancy test even be positive this early. But it still sounds serious, because you shouldn't be sick, so give see a doctor. Also, for next time, use protection if there is the slightest chance that your pills may be ineffective. Your doctor or a quick google search can give you a list of things that may render your pills ineffective. If you are pregnant, you won't know for another two weeks, when your period is late. That's the first symptom, so don't stress about it now. Stress will only hurt you.

It's sounds like a really nasty flu or something like that. I hope you feel better soon.

It could be a mixture of many things...

just take it easy and the only thing you can do is wait it out.

It is true usually though like if your on a medicine and take an antibiotic is cross actions.

many times the vaccines we get are not dead virus', they are still alive but weakened. this will allow your body to build up the immunity to them when fighting them off but they are so weak that there is a limited chance that they can do much damage to you. but, this also means that you can get symptoms of the virus in the vaccine, sometimes it can take days to feel the full effect.
next time, if your birth controls effectiveness can be compromised, masterbate Wink dont take the chance because pulling out is not an effective means of preventing pregnancy.
best of luck

Anti-Biotics have been known to reduce effectiveness however, it is unknown for certain to what degree and if it happens all the time.
