Q: anxiety and depression programs

Hey i'm new and was wondering if anyone has heard of or anyone tried the 'Midwest Center' anxiety and depression program as seen on tv. I've seen this many times and have been very interested but I'm not sure I want to stake out the cash unless it really works. I've had anxiety for about a year and a half now and would like to get this vanished from me. Thanks

Extremely eHealthy

I would try a local phsycologist first before I went and spent all that money. You would be surprised how good they are. And if they can't help you, they will send you to someone who can.
