I can't bring myself to orgasm by
fingering myself (or by anyone else
fingering me) or intercourse. Both of
them feel really good, I just can't get to
the point of orgasm. But, I can achieve
orgasm if I lay on top of something rolled
up and I rock my body against it. What is
wrong with me?? Is there anything I can
do to help myself have an orgasm by
fingering? Is this normal?

I'm pretty sure it's normal because I have
exactly the same thing. Have NEVER been
able to orgasm though manual stimulation,
be it sex, masturbation or whatnot. I've
read other places that it's normal as
well. I have no solutions on how to
achieve orgasm through fingering, but
maybe just keep at it? I think you have to
really get to know your body. It may be
completely possible that you just can't
come through manual stimulation. Have you
tried oral sex because that's supposed to
help, or using a vibrator?

I'd personally classify that as traumatic
masturbatory syndrome, though it is more
of a problem for men than women. It is not
a common way to masturbate.
Have you ever tried a vibrator? The best
advice I can give if you want to learn to
masturbate like other women - and be able
to orgasm during fingering and oral - is
to start with a few weeks of abstinence.
No stimulation of any kind! Then,
masturbate with your fingers or a vibrator
or a water spigot, etc. Don't rub against
anything.
Rubbing causes harder pressure than these
other forums of masturbation and this
overstimulation makes it impossible to
reach orgasm in other ways.

You didnt mention it, but maybe you need
some clitoral stimulation. perhaps thats
why rocking against something works but
not actual intercourse. But yes, try a
vibrator. it takes a bit to get used to
the vibration, but it should help, if you
havent tried it before

I wonder if you fantasise when you
masturbate? If you don't, well, find one
that suits you and, with a little
practice, you could reach the point where
even just thinking about it, without
touching yourself, will almost get you
there! I also practise little vaginal
tightening exercises anywhere and
everywhere, and these can be a big turn on
sometimes! Use your mind more!
