Q: Solid booger stuck in lungs

Ok ladies and gents, lets see if you can help with this one. As of 4 days ago, I was waking up one morning and took a long inhaling of air. Unbeknownst to me, there was a loose solid booger ready to fly out. I inhaled it by accident and can now feel it stuck in the air tunning that leads to the lungs.

I can feel it physically right now in the back of my neck, behind the throat. I've tried a variety of things such as medicine to hocking the biggest of loogies, and nothing has helped. Is there any medicine that can be inserted via the nose without armor the nasal tract but dissolving the booger in question? its truly getting annoying and feel like throwing up each time I feel it!
