hi there my doc thinks i might have PID, but my sysmtoms dont quite fit, i am on depo provera and i bleep lightly for several weeks after the injection tho i have only had 2 so this might be normal, anyways i have pain in my pelvis and abdomin for the past several weeks, along with back pain, and occasional chest pain (ie. when breathing) the only OTC med that helps is advill, but i also have stumic problems so that is just trading one pain for another, i have tried plain tylonal, and evan t3 that my doc perscribed for migranines and back pain, only the advill helps, and the pain is aproching severe, ive been to the er twice, both times they said they couldent tell me what was erong with me, but put me on atiobiotics, the first round was for a bladder infecdtion they thought was causing the pain, the seccond was for the pain in my chest, they said it could possably be a lung infection that they were not picking up. the doc is gonna have the LPN check me for PID on wed, what do i do till then???? Confused

im on Depo and i have non- stop abdominal pain and backacks. I was told it was just a symptom of depo that should go away after you get your 4th shot and i have yet to be pain free because i havent had my 4th shot im on my 3rd and it has gotten a little better but its just how the depo works its different for everyone. I no my friend who is on it never had any pain or problems but I have so it just might not be the right Bc for you
