hi im an uncircumized male and this morning i noticed a small redish mark on my foreskin as i pulled it back. also hurts a bit when i pull the foreskin back just wondered if anyone knew what it is?

it could be a minor infection from a small laceration or skin irritation. Try keeping it as dry as possible and applying a mild antibiotic cream for awhile. If it persists or gets larger, try seeing a doctor. Having an infection close to your urethra can get risky.
