Why you've been given antibiotics (for swollen lymph nodes or some other certain condition)?
Which lymph nodes are still swollen?

my neck buy my ear's i have seen the doctor a nunber of time's for this and he keep's telling me it's a infection in my ear's i'm sick all the time and miss a lot of work because of this .this last time i hurt so bad all over .he is now sending me a nose'ear throst doctor and gave me new antibiotics. here is a list of med's that have been on and takeing now; old one's- cephalexin,monohydrate 500mg - new one ciproxp 500mg and i take for my thyroid synthroid .15mg .hopefuly you can help thank you

As I read you also feel joint pain. Where exactly?
Do you have swollen lymph nodes in all main body areas, but especially swollen and tender neck ones?
For how long this is going on?
Did you have a fever, too?
Have you experienced a sore throat?

#1 were do i feel the joint pain every were it hurts all over.

went to the ear.nose ,thorat doctor he told me it because of my job that's makeing me feel this way i did work as at a call center .lost my job because of being sick all the time

YES FATIGUE, HEADACHES SOMETIME'S, APPETITE WHEN THE PAIN IS REAL BAD , EAR PAIN AS WELL SWOLLEN

Do you get chills, followed by a fever?
Have you noticed some skin rash on your body?
Are you experiencing muscle aches and sore throat?

I'm sure that you have Infectious Mononucleosis (very common, usually self-limited disease, which passes much the way other common viral illnesses resolve).
All of your symptoms are very suggestible for this viral disease (that's why you didn't find antibiotics helpful)
First, you need to do, is to ask you doctor for blood count test, which can show increase number of white blood cells and abnormal lymphocytes. Also, some other test can be made to exclude other possible diseases.
You can ask you doctor for referral for doctor for infectious diseases to make more specific blood tests, such as the monospot and heterophile antibody tests, which can confirm the diagnosis of mono.
