yo i was in the hospital all last nite for the same thing. it was the second time it happened and it scares the crap outta me. basically the testicle turns around and the blood supply gets cut off, which can lead to very serious problems. as soon as you notice it go to the emergency room and see a doctor as fast as you can. they can usually flip it back and you'll be fine, just take it easy afterwards for a few days. its vital you go in within 24 hours, after that youll probly loose it but if you get it checked out within like 12 hours you'll be fine. try to relax when it happenes cus it can flip back on its own, but to be safe still go to the hospital. its not good to take any chances in that area. yah i live in canada so its free whenever i go in, but you live in the US i take it so they probly will make you pay, but in my opinion id pay any amount of money to save ma goods.
PS try and take it easy with the whole solo lovin, that is one of the main cause of it happening
