i notice that when am trying to masturbate lumps will appear on its side of the labia.and cant feel any sensation in there.whats going on with me.please help

Perhaps you are masturbating too much. You can calm down for a while. If the symptoms persist, you can consult your gynecologist for a visual examination and diagnosis.
