Hi, i'm so interested in this new trend for extreme cosmetic surgery. With several tv programmes dedicated to it (mtv's I want a famous face), i'm amazed how many people are up for it! Does anyone know of the first two people to do cosmetic surgery to the extreme? Cindy jackson & miles kendall. The "living barbie & ken" !!! Their stories are always in the media and it's strange how this whole cosmetic surgery thing is so popular now.
