Q: Skin on Penis

The skin on my penis just below the head, is rub so raw that it hurts there is a small cut. The skin does not want to grow back. When i stop having sex for long periods of time it seems to grow back but once I start, the skin breaks open again. I've been to a doctor that prescribed protopic, but doesn't seem to help just makes it ichier.

Please help

Leave it for awhile to heal. When you do engage in sexual activity, use lots of water based lube to reduce the friction. Your skin will be less irritated and probably won't break.
