Hi, my name is matt and im 17 year's old, im just wondering about these strange lumps that i have on both of my testicles, the lumps are not in a round shape they are long and smooth , when i gently press them i do feel pain, i've had these lumps for about 3-4 years and i really want to know if it's simply nothing to worry about or something more serious.
