I'm not 100% sure about this, but it seems
the On line Doctor doesn't get back to
people with questions..
There was someone asking about Heart
palpataions. I could not answer the
question becasue it was directed to the
Doctor. However I have the same things she
is going through and I wanted to help her.
To let her know what they where and they
where not anything serious.
I was wonder in there is a way to get in
touch with that person.. Or maybe a time
limit in case the Doctor doesn't get back
to them it can move to an area where
general people can give them a answer?

I've also noticed that the doctor is often
slow with answering questions. Also, a
lot of the questions that end up being
answered are questions that are really
dependant on time (info about missing
medicine, going to doctors, and other
things that should be answered in a timely
matter).
I think the doctors are a great resource,
but I think that time dependant questions
should be answered a bit faster.

Every time I try to ask The Doctor a
question, I am told the quota is full for
the day! Quota my foot! I think The
Doctor is a ne'er-do-well crack dealer who
picks up his email once a month at the
local library where he googles for the
answers and ehealth give him a few bucks
now and again to grow his business.

Thanks for your feedback!
We currently have one doctor online
answering questions ... but this will
change VERY soon. We hope to recruit more
and more doctors who specialize by
condition. So until then, I apologize for
the delay but we (and he) do the best we
can to answer medical questions. AND, we
need to upgrade the system in order to
"triage" the more time-dependent question
(thanks PenguinsRus). So, all is coming
along....just watch what happens in the
next 6 months!
Until then, Marty, you can always reply to
people's PMs or start a new topic to
answer their questions!
