YOU WROTE:

List of pre-existing conditions: hypothroydism
List of other diseases, conditions, or injuries and their treatment: got bug bite behind my left ear and now all my lympnoids are swollen through out my body. been on antibiotics for 2 weeks and only getting worse. there was nothing to drain from bug bite. don't know what type of bug bit me. my throat and ears are hurting the worse. all my joints are hurting.
Current medical status: all doc did was feel that lympnoids still swollen and gave me antibiotic.
Current medical treatment: synthroid .15mg kelfax? 500mg

According to the symptoms that you report including swollen lymph nodes, sore throat, pain in the ears and joints, you could be experiencing some kind of inflammation. The connection with that insect bite and the location of the inflammation are unclear. You'll need to perform several diagnostic procedures that include a blood count, sedimentation rate, CRP, mono-test, microbiological smears from the nose and throat etc. in order to identify the precise cause of the symptoms. You can consult an infectologist about your symptoms for advice and an office consultation.
