Hello there fellow teens, or adults, affected by the curse of "acne"..

Some of you are probably wondering who the flippin' eck I am. Well I'll tell you, I'm no one special, not a dermatologist, and not the acne cleansing fairy.

If you believe someone in those three categories are the only people to give advice, then leave now, I'd like to not be flamed.

Neehoo, here's a acne removal guide that caused mine to go away in the matter of a week or two.

Step 1: Products you use in the shower
I personally used the "Saint Ives, Apricot Scrub (Swiss Formula)" it seemed to work very well for me, but the acne removal medications are not the essential part of removing acne.

Step 2: What you use OUTSIDE the shower to remove acne:
I use "See Breeze" and the "Clean & Clear Deep Cleaning Astringent" to get rid of excess oils and dirt I gain throughout the day.
And, I was using medication prescribed by a doctor at the time to remove my acne. There is a gel, "Differin (adapalene gel)" and pills "Erythrocin 500 MG filmtab" they both seemed to make a big difference.

Step 3: What you eat.
Alright, so obviously drink a lot of water..
But, I found out that one huge source of acne is CHOCOLATE. If you can, dont eat chocolate for a week! This includes Cocoa Puffs, chocolate syrup you put on your ice cream, M&M's.. Anything.. And see if you're acne improves, if not, then chocolate doesn't affect you.

Thank you for reading this entirely through, I believe the anti-chocolate part is the most essential, that is the one that made the difference for me. Any additional comments are great or inquires. Thanks.
