So my doctor recently put me on Jolessa or whatever it's called which is the generic brand seasonale and i just have a few questions.
1)my period ended last saturday, before my appointment. if I start it tomorrow on sunday, not on my period, is that bad?
2) If not bad, how long does it take for me to be protected?
3)I've heard of people experiencing a radical drop in libido, anyone know for sure?

that's all for now Very Happy

1. Any day of the month, period or not, is the perfect day to start. You do not have to be on your period. Thus, tomorrow would be fine to start on.

2. Because you are NOT going to be on your period, you will have to wait 7 days and then you will be protected.

3. Meh, it's subjective. I didn't notice a major drop when I was on Ortho-lo, but I did notice a drop when I was on Depo. Every person and every birth control is different.
