Hi,

I don't think so that it will not be such expensive to afford. I think to get it operated separately will cost more.
Atleast you don't like to miss the parties after having the rhinoplasty surgery along with chin augmentation.

Possibly one of the most important things to consider when choosing to go under the knife is to make sure that you're certain that you want the surgery done to you. In my humble, everyone can be happy in the body they were given. It's what makes us unique.
