Q: Problems urinating
asked by: DoctorQuestion on February 9th, 2008
for some reason i have been having problems urinating. I urinate, then right afterwards i have to go again and then only a little comes out in a very unsteady stream. I haven't had any sexual activity and i haven't masterbated either but i get an erection like 5 times a day on average, so i was wondering would it help if i start back. I thought i was too young to have prostade issues, but i guess i'll have to lead the research up to you guys. Thanks.

A frequent urge to pee could be due to a urinary infection. After urination, the bladder continues to fill with new urine which comes from the ureters. If inflammation is present in the bladder a few new drops of urine will provoke urge for peeing. Prostate inflammation can also cause some peeing difficulties but pain will be also present during this condition. Nonetheless, you can consult a urologist about this condition for diagnosis and advice.
