Q: Early ejaculation during sex
asked by: DoctorQuestion on February 9th, 2008
I have a problem, during love making, i tend to reach sperm ejection point very early. This is making me and my partner un-happy and un-stable.

Can you please help me guide as to what should i do so that I can perform sex with my partner for long time and we both are satisfied.

Thanks.

Sometimes ejaculation may not be reached early enough for a man AND still leave a woman unsatisfied. In such cases, the problem may be identified as the woman's lack of orgasm. But, first you must identify how early you are reaching the ejaculation during sex and if it is premature, or not.

If we suppose that you are ejaculating too early then you could be experiencing a condition called “premature ejaculation”. Premature ejaculation is a functional disorder, meaning that no organic disorder of the male’s reproductive system is present. Lack of sexual experience and anxiety are the main causes for premature ejaculation.

If your partner so desperately requires sexual satisfaction you can try practicing some other sexual techniques with him/her such as oral sex, for example. Using a condom can also help you delay ejaculation.
