Getting Pregnant Answer A3670
Neither spotting nor black discharge during your last menstruation are signs of pregnancy. The first serious sign of pregnancy is a missed period, or lack of menstruation. The only way you can find out if you are pregnant or not, is to take a pregnancy test when your next expected period is late.
