For a week I've experienced a minor pain in my stomach. Normally it wouldn't bother me, but it's consistent. It started when I was sick, I became ill with a sore throat, cough, your basic cold symptoms. Those are fading pretty quick, but this is here when I wake, when I fall asleep, all in between.

Every half hour or so, I get this overwhelming feeling, it rises from my stomach to my throat, I have to go into the bathroom and cough(not puke) up phlegm. Sometimes it comes, sometimes it doesn't. When it does, it's usually thick, it looks dry, and the last three times it came up there were minor traces of blood.

I'm just wondering what that could be? It's not incredibly painful, it's just an annoying pain that makes it hard to concentrate, and obviously, coughing things up regularly isn't something I can continue doing, either. I've searched all over the internet and can't find what it could be.

The location of my pain is below my chest, almost on both sides of my belly button.
