Could you possibly suggest a way in which
I can control the rash on my chest and
neck when I am nervous. I am getting
really fed up with it and I try so hard to
control it. I am getting really
embarressed which is making it worse.
Please help.

According to the symptoms you are
manifesting (basically a rash on your
chest and neck when you are nervous), you
could be experiencing cholinergic
urticaria. Cholinergic urticaria is a kind
of allergic skin disorder provoked by
psycho-emotional distress. Your rash could
be a kind of psycho-somatic disorder. You
may benefit from psycho therapy in order
to learn how to calm nervousness. Obesity
and sterility could also contribute to
nervousness. If you're able to treat and
solve the fertility problem, your
rash-occurrence may pass.
