Q: pains in stomach and feeling faint and hot

Crying or Very sad
I am having pains in my back that then went to my left side and are now all over my stomach area. If I move a lot, I feel faint and I have been very hot. But no fever. My head is even spinning right now. and I just feel all emotional. whats wrong with me?

im having the same symptoms, dr says it not the flu but may be PID tho my symptoms do seem to be worse then you are discribbing, i dont have the emotionl (wich is weird as i have Borderline personality) but i am having severe pain in my abdomin, back, pelic area, and pain starting in my upper back, alon with my chest.
