Matthew 11:28-30

come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
Tale my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

In my situation I couldn't have made it through panic attacks and anxiety without jesus. There is an awesome peace of mind and in your body when you are hooked up with the king of kings and lord of lords.

God bless!!!

Thank You Rayjay
Rayjay, you choose the same method of healing as I do. I have felt like I could not breath for over 2 months now. Im only 22 and I am scared. The doctor says that it is anxiety, but I am scared it is something physical. I have not lost my faith though. I believe that god is the only true healer. That verse gives me so much comfort. I have read it at my moments of panic. I appreciate your post. I needed to read it today. Thanks , ambra

It says private messages up in the right hand corner of the screen. You click on that then you go to inbox, and click on your message. To write a message you go to outbox.

I have a close friend who has suffered from anxiety recently, and i've struggled about it. Part of me believes faith in god and trust in him will aleviate this anxiety. If you trust him, don't worry. If you can force yourself not to worry, you will not need to eventually. Part of me though thinks this is beyond his mental control. I believe that it is wrong not to trust god in everything, but because I have never experienced anxiety, I do not know how close worry is to distrust. It seems closer to me than to him. If trust works for you, it will not only heal you but bring you closer to god. If you truly trust him and still experience anxiety, please do not be insulted by what I have said and remember that it comes from one who hasn't experienced what you have.

the eternal states in one place that "the leaves of the trees are for the healing of the nations" so I regard this as an endorsement of at least some herbal or natural remedies. For anxiety, from what I have heard I believe that you should perhaps try a high level of b complex and vitamin c, stress vitamins. If I remember correctly niacin may be especially helpful with anxiety.

You are correct that prayer is of most importance, but I would also ask your friends if they know any good herbalalists because sometimes they sure can save us a lot of pain and suffering.

Breathing Disorders
One more comment, from what I remember I would also believe that you may find some help from a natural product called matol up here in canada and km in the usa. I know several people who were greatly aided by this formula. I would also recommend msm, natural sulphur. A book called "the miracle of msm" was written about this product and doctors do not risk their reputations lightly by using this word in association with a compound. I've been taking msm since 1999 and during those times when I was unable to purchase it ( I was living in ecuador for a year and a half), I missed my msm badly.

Shalom, tate
