All ya can do is follow a healthy well balanced eating plan.. If u buy a preg book, it has suggestions of whats good too eat. Plenty of protein, fruits veggies.. And u need carbs and fats too.. Dont take meds unless checkin with a doc first.. And definitly start seein ur ob doctor regularly, and u will get prenatal vitamins.. Best asap*

Get prenatal vitamins asap. No junk food no more. Try to get more of a healthy diet. Can you apply for wic? It will help alot if you do. And they help you out with the nutrition. Try walking more often too.
