I have a small maybe 2 mm sized ball/lump at the top of my right testicle, but it's not actually on my testicle, its at the top in all the cords. Do you guys think this is like a calcium deposit and it'll go away? I'm 20 years old, so what do you think it is, has anybody here had something like that before, somebody tell me i'm kind of worried. Also I masterbate a lot, about once every day or two, is that maybe a cause of this? Can excessive masterbation be harmful in terms of reduced fertility and testicular cancer later in life?
