Is the head of your penis suppose to have one hole or two? If you have two holes and everything looks and acts the same as if you had 1 hole do you need to get this fixed. Recenlty, a freind had a baby boy who had 2 holes and they needed to do suregry but the boy was not peeing straight and they said this could hurt his ability to have children in the future. Again, what if everything works find and looks normal but you just have 2 holes? Should I be worried? Do I need surgery?
Thanks.

Re:
Here is a bit of info:

i am circumsized and I sort of have "two holes" there is the one hole, but just slightly under there is a very small hole. Usually if I masturbate or urinate, nothing will even come out of that hole. There should really be no reason for this to be harmful in any way.

However, if you find that you either ejaculating or urinating out of two seperate holes, this could be an issue.
