Are there any circumstances where they are increased in the bone marrow blasts apart from leukemia and myelodisplasic syndrom?, Is there any possibility of false positive detection of the blasts?.
My wife was diagnosed with aml with 32% of the blasts, it was done by a myelogram macrocitic anaemia,she has no clinic and also to increased weight. Thanks.
