Hello, I'm 19 and my girlfriend is 16, we have dry sex alot, but we never have sex. One day we were fooling around and she wanted me to pull my penis out so I did, I sort of touched my penis to her pajama shorts and I got precum on her shorts, right were her vagina is. I never ejaculated. She is afraid that it could have soaked through. It was a small drop, very small, yet I know precum can still get you pregnant. I'm deathly afraid that she could get pregnant. I'm afraid that if she does get pregnant, I could go to prison because she is below the age of consent in my state...should I worry about this if we never had sex? She also was wearing some cotton pajama shorts and some underwear of the same material. So the precum didn't come in direct contact with her vagina, but it might have soaked through. Please help me I'm sooooooooo worried right now that I can't do anything else.

You're fine, hun. Calm down. Sperm do swim, but not through air Wink More than likely, your penis was closer to her urethra than her vagina while the rubbing occurred. It's very unlikely to get pregnant by precum, even when it is from a penis fully penetrating a woman. Also, there is only about 5 days every month that each woman could get pregnant. The chances your little drop of sperm got through her shorts and underwear, into her vagina, into her cervix, and happened to fertilize a waiting egg? Next to none. She's not pregnant Smile

It is alllwaays best when there is any contact at all occurring to wear a condom. If she has had any sexual contact at all (giving or receiving oral sex, included) then even though she is a virgin, she could have contracted an std. If you've ever had any kind of contact or any sex at all without a condom, you are at risk as well. Some people could even have HIV or a few others STD's that they contracted from their mother during prenatal development or vaginal birth. Also, obviously, condoms protect against unwanted pregnancies. If your girlfriend and you are going to continue your sex life and perhaps even further it in the future, I suggest using some sort of barrier method (condoms) of birth control.

If she is 16, you better be sure her parents consent to your relationship before you consider taking it to the next level. If you love the girl, then respect her enough to wait until she is a little older before having sex with her. 16 is pretty young.

Thank you sooo much for your help, I feel a lot better. I do love this girl we have been dating for almost two years, and her parents are well aware of our relationship. We definitely aren't going to have any sort of sexual activity beyond dry sex, so I'm of course not going to have sex with her. But thank you sooooo sooooo sooo much for your input I really appreciate it, i don't really know much about this kinda stuff so I was really concerned.
