Q: Mono Relapse from taking Adderall ?

I was diagnosed with Mono 2 weeks ago. For the last 10 days Ive felt fine with very few instances of fatigue. I was just about ready to go to the gym because of how good I felt. I took an adderall yesterday to write a paper and within 6 or 7 hours of consumming the adderall (which I only take rarely) I began feeling the early symptoms of mono again. I felt weak and achy all over accompanied by a minor headache, sorethroat and sore neck. I was only able to sleep 4 hours even though I had very little energy.

Is it possible that the adderall set me back in my recovery? I am seeing my doctor on friday but I wanted to know your interpretation of what this means and what I should do to prevent a full blown relapse??
