boobs they are a killin me i cant seem to get them to stop huting tomorrow is gonna bite if i have to go to work cause then ill have to wear a bra (shuddering at the thought of the pain to come worse)

what about a heating pad? You think it might help? Or some tylenol should help with the pain.
