Some women have no pregnancy symptoms.

You could be pregnant, you could be having a wonky cycle, you could have just missed a period.

Why don't you go pick up a $1 test and find out?

Oh my goodness! No you don't have to be 18 to buy one of those! That seems to be a really common beleif and I can't understand why... I seriously wonder who is spreading that rumor.

They sell them at most dollar stores (like dollar tree or dollarama) for a dollar. Walmart actually sells single store brand tests for less than $5 and planned parenthood will probably give you a test for free.

Even if it does cost $20 that is far less than the cost of raising a baby and if you really are 10 weeks along you are running out of time for options.

Good luck hun. I know this is scary, but you've got to find out.

No you don't have to be 18 buy one. Your complaining about a $20.00 test? Just imagine how much a baby will cost. Just go to the Dollar Store/Dollar General/Big Lots and pick up a cheap one...they work just as good as the more expensive ones. You have to either take a test or go to the doctor. Sure your period may be irregular because of your age, but if you'v had unprotected sex then there's always the chance that you could be pregnant. Make sure to read the directions on the box to get the most accurate results.

There is FREE pregnancy testing at family planning clinics (such as Planned Parenthood). You can also, as the previous poster suggested, go to the dollar store.

The most expensive tests at Walmart might be $20 - but the cheaper of the tests is well under $10.

You have options. You can talk to the women at Planned Parenthood about what your options are. Don't close any doors just yet. You can say you won't abort because you won't do that to your baby, but the real question should be: Is having a baby the best thing for the baby? Is keeping the baby the best thing for the baby?

Is having the baby the best thing for YOU?

Good luck!

So what happened that makes you think you are pregnant, besides the period missing? Did a condom break? Maybe you are just under a lot of stress?

You're 15, so your period might not be on schedule. I know mine was at that age, but many girls aren't. Did you have unprotected sex? Is there any chance you could of gotten pregnant?

And as many others said, you don't need to be 18 to get a pregnancy test, just like you obviously don't need to be 18 to get pregnant. And if the idea of spending 20$ on a test is that hard for you to understand, you should be looking at abortion or adoption because a child costs a ton more than that. Ingi asked some really good questions and you need to think about what's best for the baby, especially if you've already decided that you couldn't possibly have an abortion.

If you are pregnant, you need to figure stuff out fast. You're running out time to get an abortion. And you need to see a doctor fast. And tell your parents, regardless of your choice. Each option has pro's and cons, please choose wisely.

I was 15 when i got pregnant so i can relate to you. You need to test now, you've already missed two periods so your options are running low.
Good luck

thank you all for your helpfulness

my mom kicked me out i dont know how but she found out that i had sex

so that means i cant work anymore i watched a neighbors kids every day after i got home from school for 100 a week

so now im living with a friend of mine but i dont know how much longer i can live here

i also found a place that will give me a free pregnancy test

oh and its not that spending 20 is bad its that i dont want to waste 20 if there is no way i could be pregnant

also we did use a condom and it was only one time but i dont knwo if he used it right or not because i dont know anything about condoms

also i will NOT have an abortion, if my mom would have been there for me which is apparent she wont be i would have kept the baby but since she wont be and i dont know if my boyfriend will be or not im going to give the baby up for adoption if i am pregnant

im sorry my mind is going a mile a minute right now

How did she find out you had sex? Why would she kick you out over that?

thats a really stupid reason for kicking a person out. i think you should talk to her even though your probably angry at what she did, and then sit down with her and talk about how you think you could be pregnant. Yeah shes going to be upset, and is going to say alot, but you have to understand your her daughter and shes going to be a little livid about this right now, so let her vent.
Second, if your thinking your pregnant why even have the thought of "waisting" 20$ to FIND OUT if you are pregnant? It would get a load off your mind, and now your wiser to know you should either A wait to have sex the next time or B get on birth control. Third, if your on the streets basically now cuz you sont know how long you can stay with your friend, why would you even consider keeping the baby? Ok you dont need to have an abortion, but you could give it up for adoption, to a couple who is financially stable and has a good home and is loving and caring. Right now your situation isnt good. And its not good for raising a child hoping from house to house. Now you have to think about whats right for the baby if you are pregnant not whats right for you.
Good Luck.

I can't imagine any parent kicking their child out for having sex. I am by no means denying that this is the case, but I'm wondering if there's more to the story. You really need to find out if your pregnant because you are making an aweful lot of premature decisions based on speculation.

Good.

Also, if you are under 18 social services will get you a foster home in most states as far as I know. (I'm not sure about if you are pregnant, though.)

You got kicked out? That's awful. I think you should talk to your mom again, people don't deserve to be shunned for life just for a single mistake. Wut ever happened to second chances?
