Ok, I have tmj and get pains in my head/ear and dizzyness the night after i work out. Especially if i do weights.

Anyone else? Why? I almost had to leave a game yesterday but was able to subside it with a muscle relaxer and not talking.

You may be clenching your teeth when you work out. This is quite normal, and will put a lot of strain on your jaw muscles. The next time you work out, try to be more aware of whether you are clenching or not. If so, you know your culprit. Also, taking antimflammatories will help.

yes take ibuprophen but be careful of any exercise that jostle your head. you could be straining the muscles.

nope not clenching
I Was very careful not to do so while i worked out. So its not that. I so hate this. Felt like passing out and horrible cold tingles on my head. I can even feel the muscle spasm in my ear and on top of my head at times.

Can't wait to get my new tooth put in next week. hopefully fixes some of this junk.

I am going to live a different life if i get it all back.

God bless
