ok now ive always looked after my teeth. i brush them 2/3 times a day no matter what. but since about september my gums were bleeding alot when i was brushing my teeth. i had a throt infection at the time and i got antibiotics which stoped the pain and the bleeding.

but now its back. its not sore anymore i can just always taste blood and its stinking out my breath.

anyone know what it is or how to stop it?

floss more often (or maybe is time of your 6 month recall visit to the dentist)and bleeding will disapear ,plaque can not be remove entirely by the toothbrush and in those little area that they stay it cause inflamation and profuse bleeding thats what we called gingivitis.

bad smell
Try to eat salad or any vegetable before sleeping if you have a stinking smell in the morning.do not eat anything after that and immediately go to bed. let me know what you think later.

lack in vitamin C
It appears that you have scurvy, my dear friend.

Eat citrus fruits like oranges or drink more 100% natural fruit juice everyday.
