Were you prescribed an antibiotic? Although I'm anti-antibiotic (they make bacteria more resistant to treatment), it might be a case where the medicine can help you.

When do you use your inhaler?

Honeysuckle, forsythia and skullcap are natural medicine that have been shown to ease the symptoms of bronchitis.

Also, you might try managing with throat losenges or tea with pure honey. These treatments can help ease the pain of a sore throat or coughing.
