Including foods in your diet that are rich in potassium is the best way to replace potassium, but only if it's lost.
Sweating during strenuous exercise, dieting, diuretic or laxative use, vomiting, or diarrhea can decrease our potassium levels and severe losses can result in heart arrhythmias, confusion, nerve damage, and paralysis.
If you want to ensure yourself that your muscles and nerves will function properly (normal blood pressure),you need to keep Potassium and Sodium balanced in your body.

Have you practiced diet rich in potassium already?
