Hey guys! Thanks so much for all the thoughts and prayers. Just a quick update, she had 3000 laser shots to each eye and seemed to do very well. The eye doctor will look at the front of her eyes tomorrow and will dialate them again sometime next week to look at the back at the retnia (sp?). She's still sleeping and hasn't yet been awake....well at least that was the case about an hour ago. She's also still on the vent but on very low settings so hopefully by tonight she'll be back on the high flow nasal canula. They stopped her feedings last night at 11pm and hopefully they will start feeding her again tomorrow morning but they will start slowly so she dosen't get sick.

And for those of you who knew that I was going to the RE to have a consultation today about having a septum in my uterus removed......well I went today and they did a vaginal u/s and could not find a septum. He said that my uterus was shaped good and there was nothing that needed to be fixed. So I asked why Dr. Mitra said her seen one during the c-section and he said it could have been something with they way the placenta was in there, so I don't know. So I also asked him about why my placenta went bad and why she was so small and why she deliered so early if there was no problem with y uterus and he said it was probably just a fluke. But he said I should have some test run about how my blood clots and so on. But he thinks the test will come back okay. He says he sees no reason why I can't have another pregnancy that goes to a full 9 months. So I'm confused but happy that I don't need surgery! I'm going to see my regular OB/GYN to talk with him about his views and opinions. And see if there is anything he wants me to do before trying to conceive again.

Rachel I am so glad that Carly did well with the surgery....she's such a little trooper!!!! She has endured so much more than most adults do in a lifetime. She truly is an inspiration!!!

Great news that you don't have to have surgery!!! I understand though why you would be confused...its like you don't know who you should believe.
