I called to inquire about their paternity testing and they were very rude over the phone. They also had multiple levels of service and pricing for the same test. I went instead with DNA Diagnostic Labs and their paternity testing which was AABB certified and done in CLIA certified lab in the United States (US). Their services are available in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Qatar, UAE, Dubai, Egypt, and rest of the Middle East.
