Yo,
Alright, I'm gonna lay it out for y'all.
A couple of nights, right as I was going to sleep, I got these racing thoughts that I couldn't control, that I suppose you could describe as voice-like.
So , I started researching Schizophrenia, and subsequently began double-checking everything I did.
I'm getting pretty tired of worrying, but I've never told anyone about the night experience. Anyone got any thoughts?

Racing thoughts can be indicative of many things, not just schizophrenia. Have you considered seeing a doctor? This is the only way you will truly know what is going on. Then you can receive treatment. Bipolar disorder can produce racing thoughts. Anxiety can, also, cause some people to experience racing thoughts. Get to a psychiatrist and get an evaluation. Good luck.

Some sleep disorders also produce this symptom. Go to a doc, as antigone says - people can't possibly diagnose you on here, wonderful though they are!
