Hi,

I’d like to have fuller lips, nothing extravagant, just want them moderately full (they are pretty thin now). I am not interested in injections and other temporary solutions. Looking for permanent implants. Any ideas, suggestions, experiences you guy can share with me regarding choosing the material/procedure. What about Goretex?
